Singapore Visa Cost & Fees.
The cost of a Singapore visa for Indians is made up of three separate parts, and knowing which is which is the difference between a fair quote and an inflated one.
1. The ICA visa fee
This is the statutory fee charged by Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. It is the same for every applicant regardless of who files the application, it is set by ICA and revised from time to time, and it is non-refundable if the application is declined.
2. The authorised agent's processing charge
Individual Indian passport holders cannot submit an entry visa application directly to ICA. It must be lodged by an ICA-authorised visa agent or a local Singapore contact. This charge covers form preparation, Form 14A submission, document verification and follow-up.
3. Courier and incidentals
Passport pickup and return delivery. With our doorstep service anywhere in Chennai this is included rather than billed as an extra.

More Singapore applications are delayed by the photograph than by anything else in the file. The specification is 35mm by 45mm — not the 2 inch by 2 inch size most Chennai studios default to for other countries — with a plain white background and the head filling roughly 80 per cent of the frame.
What gets a photo rejected
Spectacle glare or thick frames obscuring the eyes. Any headwear other than that worn for religious reasons, and even then the full face from chin to forehead must be visible. Shadows behind the head. Off-white or cream backgrounds. Smiling with teeth visible. Photos scanned from an older print. Hair covering the eyebrows or eyes.
We check it before submission
Every photograph is checked against the ICA specification before the application goes in. If it will not pass, we tell you and get it reshot — which costs a day, against the two to three weeks a rejected application costs.

Checking it yourself
Singapore visa status is checked on the ICA enquiry service using the application reference number issued at submission, along with your passport number and date of birth. We give you that reference number when the application is lodged, so you can check independently at any point.
