Our group departures leave from Chennai, and Chennai is where our office, our Mu'allim team and our pre-departure orientation are. But the Umrah visa, the Saudi ground arrangements, the hotels and the Mu'allim support are the same wherever a pilgrim starts from — only the flight changes.

How we handle pilgrims outside Chennai

Two options. Join the Chennai group by taking a domestic connection down and departing with everyone else — this is what most families from Bangalore, Hyderabad and Coimbatore do, and it means you travel with the group and the Mu'allim from the start. Or we ticket you direct from your own city to Jeddah or Madinah and you join the group at the hotel in Makkah. We are an IATA agent, so we can issue from any Indian departure point.

Which cities we regularly book from

Beyond Chennai, we handle Umrah pilgrims from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Kochi, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Lucknow. Direct and one-stop options to Jeddah and Madinah exist from all the major metros, with Saudia, Air India Express, IndiGo, Emirates, Etihad and Gulf carriers.

Where distance genuinely matters

Two things do not travel. The pre-departure orientation we run at our Mannadi office, and the doorstep passport collection for the Umrah visa. For pilgrims outside Chennai we run the orientation on a video call, and passports come by secure tracked courier. Everything else — hotel proximity to the Haram, Ziyarah, transport between Makkah and Madinah, the Mu'allim, insurance — is identical.

What we will not do

We will not tell a family in Delhi that we are a Delhi operator. We are a Chennai agency with nearly three decades in one office, and if you want someone physically present in your city on the morning of departure, we are the wrong choice and will say so. If you want a Chennai agency you can verify, that handles the Saudi side properly and answers the phone, that is exactly what we are.
