What makes a forex quote good

Three things, in order. The margin over the interbank rate, which is where almost all the difference between providers sits. Whether the quote is all-in or has a service charge and GST added at the counter. And whether the rate you were quoted on the phone is the rate you actually get when you arrive. Cash, card, or both
